Also known as: aanwijzing, aangewezen-persoon, aanwijs
Written record in which the employer appoints a person as IV, WV, VP or VOP, including the scope (which installations, which operations).
Practical example
An employer states in an appointment letter that employee X may work as a VP on installations up to 400 V in building A, but not in the switch room of building B.
Common mistake
Treating a course certificate or VP diploma as the appointment itself — a diploma only shows knowledge; the appointment is the employer's written designation, with a defined scope.
