Instructed Person
Voldoende Onderricht Persoon (VOP)
A person instructed by a Skilled Person for a specific, limited electrical task and its risks. Operates under the responsibility of an SP/IR.
Practical example
Competent Person (VOP). A VOP may replace a plug per clear instructions, but not open a distribution board independently.
Common mistake
Competent Person (VOP). Mistake: Letting a VOP perform live measurements independently — this exceeds their authorization.
