Work Instruction Card
A concise document, available at the workplace, that describes step by step the safe method of work, required PPE, and precautions to be taken for a specific, recurring electrical task. The work instruction card translates the general procedures from the risk assessment and NEN 3140 into concrete, directly applicable instructions for Skilled Persons and Instructed Persons on the shop floor, and is updated whenever the risk assessment or installation changes.
